Dear Tian-Min Ye and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology team! My name is Liubov. I am a Ph.D. student at Koltzov Institute of Developmental Biology of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia. My Thesis is devoted to models for studying implantation of the mouse embryo. I am trying to create my own model for studying implantation of the embryo using primary cultures of mouse endometrial epithelial and stromal cells.
I was really impressed by your study: "Development and characterization of an endometrial tissue culture model for study of early implantation events". Especially experiments in which you determined physiologic steroid concentrations in mouse serum to adjust the composition of the medium were thorough and incredible.
I am going to treat my model endometrium-like construct with hormonal treatment regimen that you developed. I've found in your article concentrations of the hormones and serum but I can't find final composition of culture medium that you used to culture mouse endometrium. Can you please send me full composition of culture medium? It would help me a lot to improve my model. If it is possible please contact me by e-mail: luba.ranaway-94@yandex.ru
