the result of this study adds to the importance of pre-treatment sperm cryopreservation in cancer patients. it's unclear the clinical significance of sperm aneuploidy since their fertilization potential is unknown. it will be interesting if these patients are followed long term to determine whether their sperm aneuploidy improves over time or at all.

this is another article showing the benefit of an off-label use of anastrozole to improve semen parameters. it's known that aromatization of T occurs in the adipose tissue. since the ideal dosing for aromatase inhibitor is unknown, my question for the authors is whether BMI or %body fat correlated with hormonal and spermatogenesis response on therapy and whether they considered titrating anastrozole dosing base on hormonal response.

Home sperm testing gives a discreet method of fertility testing for men. this novel system appears to be able to accurately interpret sperm concentration. as mentioned in the discussion, other factors of sperm function isn't available in the system which greatly reduce the ability to predict fertility. For now, this appears to be a quick point-of-care testing for post vasectomy check only. my question for the authors is whether a 2.0 version of the system with ability to determine motility and morphology will be in development?

Interesting study but will require long term follow-up to assess the significance and safety of TESE-ICSI. However, with what's known about the potential adverse effects of fertility treatment on the offspring, more emphasis should be placed on treating male factor infertility to decrease the complexity of ART.

I do not always have good result with SVA in non-EJD obstruction cases. In bilateral testicular trauma cases, it is sometimes the only option for sperm retrieval. my question for the authors is if the timing of sperm retrieval after injury has an impact on sperm retrieval outcomes.
