Has anyone ever seen a patient with bilateral abdominal testes re establish spermatogenesis and Fertility after Orchidopexy. We hypothesised Defective testes fails to descend. http://www.chcmj.ac.in/
We went onto hypothesise that greater the defect, less the descent. Embryologically, besides other factors, descent of the testes is influenced by testicular factors as well. We have never seen, in 42 years in the field, any one with bilateral abdominal testes
having fertility established with orchidopexy. We value your opinion.
