Role of Gnrh. agonist to contacts expected hsso in antagonist protocol.thanks
Answers
Alex, Im not sure I fully understand your question. But agonist trigger definitely reduces the risk of OHSS compared to hCG trigger in patients on a GnRH antagonist protocol. There are only rare case reports of OHSS in patients with agonist trigger and a freeze only approach, so the risk is probably well below 1%.
