Reflections on "Prolonged cyclical and continuous regimens of dydrogesterone are effective for reducing chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis: results of the ORCHIDEA study" by Sukhikh et al.
Comments
The ORCHIDEA study adds new evidence on medical treatment in endometriosis.
However, detailed information is needed. I'm interested that whether the baseline chronic pelvic pain score collected BEFORE or AFTER the laparoscopic surgery. Is the surgery play any roles in pain relief?
